Questions
Before you start.
Browse the library, open any specimen to see its full spec, and hit "Build my version." That carries the direction into your intake so we start from a look you already love — not a blank page.
Yes. A direction sets the structure, type and feel; your palette, logo and photography drop in on top. The specimen is the starting point, not a straitjacket.
Completely. You own the code, the content and the domain. No platform lock-in and no per-seat licenses — host it with us or take it anywhere.
Start with the closest one and tell us what's off. Custom builds begin exactly this way — a direction as the anchor, then we steer it toward something only yours.
Every site needs hosting; a care plan is the easiest way to get it, but not the only way. Skip the plan and we'll launch on hosting you own and hand you the keys. You can add a plan later.
Perfect — we connect your existing domain at launch, redirect old pages so you keep your Google rankings, and migrate any content worth keeping.
Your logo, a few photos, your services and prices, and how people should contact you. No copy? We write it from your brief. No photos? We source and license them.
Launch tier is live in about five days; Studio in about two weeks. Speed comes from starting with a direction instead of designing from scratch.
If you want. Any care plan includes managed hosting, SSL and backups. Prefer your own stack? We hand off a clean, deployable build.
Most agencies hand you a blank page and an invoice that grows. We did the opposite: we built a curated library of premium website directions, so you start by choosing a look you already love. Then we build it.
It's faster, it's calmer, and you never have to imagine the finished site — you've already seen it.

How we work
Three principles.
They're why the work lands faster and feels more expensive than a typical build.
01
Taste is the product
Every direction is hand-tuned — type, color, rhythm, motion. No template dumps, no generated filler. If a specimen wouldn't sell its own business, it isn't in the library.
02
Decide by seeing
You shouldn't have to describe a vibe in a brief. You browse finished-looking homepages, compare them side by side, and choose the one that already feels right.
03
Ship, then sharpen
We get a real site live quickly, then refine with you. Momentum beats a six-month deck. Your site earns its keep while we polish the edges.
The flow
From browsing to live in four moves.
Browse
Open the library and filter by industry and mood until a direction clicks.
Inspect
View the full spec — palette, type and why it works — to be sure it fits.
Choose
Hit "Build my version." Your direction carries straight into the intake.
Build
We build it in your brand, you review in the portal, and we launch.

Eighteen directions are waiting.
Find the one that feels like your business — it's probably already in there.

Terms of service
1. Who we are. PulseRep Studio ("PulseRep", "we") designs and builds websites for businesses from a catalog of design directions. By requesting a build, paying a deposit, or using the client portal, you ("the client") agree to these terms.
2. What you're buying. A tier (Launch, Studio or Custom) as described on the Pricing page at the time of your deposit, built in the direction you selected. Page counts, revision rounds and timelines are those listed for your tier. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately before we start it.
3. Payment. Fifty percent of the tier price is due to begin; the balance is due when the site is ready to go live. Work pauses on overdue balances. Care plans bill monthly (or annually, where selected) in advance and can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the paid period.
4. Your content. You provide logos, photography, copy and any licences for them, and you confirm you have the right to use what you send us. Stock or placeholder imagery shown in catalog directions is illustrative and is replaced with your assets during the build.
5. Ownership. On final payment you own the delivered site — code, content and domain. We keep the right to reuse general techniques, components and the catalog directions themselves, and to show the finished site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
6. Timelines. Published timelines assume you deliver content and approvals within two business days of each request. Delays on either side move the launch date accordingly; we tell you as soon as one is likely.
7. Third parties. Hosting, domains, email, payment and booking tools are provided by third parties under their own terms. Where we manage them for you under a care plan, we act as your administrator, not the provider.
8. Liability. We build carefully and test before launch, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost revenue, or third-party outages. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us for the work concerned.
9. Governing law. Michigan law applies. We'll always try to resolve issues by talking first.
Privacy policy
What we collect. When you send a brief, chat with the concierge, sign into the portal or email us, we collect what you give us: name, business, email, project details, files and messages. The site uses cookieless analytics (aggregate page counts only) unless noted on the page.
Why. To reply to you, scope and build your site, run your project, invoice you, and improve the catalog. We don't sell personal data and we don't run ad tracking.
Where it goes. Briefs and messages are delivered to our studio inbox or CRM through a form-processing service; portal files are stored with a cloud storage provider; payments are handled by our payment processor, which sees your card details — we don't. Each provider is bound by its own privacy terms.
Your browser. The portal and concierge remember your session and transcript in your own browser so you can pick up where you left off. Clearing site data removes them; the portal also has a "clear this browser's data" button.
Retention & rights. We keep project records for as long as we support your site and for a reasonable period after. Email us to see, correct or delete your data at any time.
Revision rounds. Launch includes two rounds, Studio three. A round is one consolidated set of change requests on a delivered page or set of pages. Extra rounds are quoted at a flat per-round fee before we start.
The direction guarantee. If a delivered page doesn't match the direction you chose from the catalog — structure, type, feel — we revise it until it does, at no charge and without using a revision round.
Deposits. Deposits reserve your slot and fund the first design work. If you cancel before any design is delivered, we refund the deposit less a $150 booking fee. After design is delivered, deposits are non-refundable and work completed to that point is yours.
Care plans. Cancel anytime; the plan runs to the end of the paid period. Annual plans are refundable on a pro-rata basis within the first 30 days.
Accessibility
We build to WCAG 2.2 AA as a baseline: semantic structure, keyboard access, visible focus, text contrast and reduced-motion support — on this site and on the sites we ship. Motion-heavy catalog directions honor your operating-system "reduce motion" setting. If anything here is hard to use, tell us at studio@pulserep.com and we'll fix it.
